With more than 15 years of experience in the events industry, Jim Fawcett has established a reputation as a versatile, strategic, and highly respected events professional. His career spans the full spectrum of event delivery — from intimate gatherings and corporate functions to large-scale conferences, community activations, and high-impact brand experiences. Known for his calm leadership style, operational precision, and commitment to elevating every project he touches, Jim has become a trusted partner for clients and colleagues alike.
Jim began his career working with medical and scientific organisations & societies, where he developed a foundation in logistics, stakeholder management, and on-the-ground problem-solving. As his career progressed, he transitioned into more complex event environments, refining his strengths in end-to-end project management, supplier relationships, technical production oversight, and seamless onsite execution.
Over the past decade, Jim has played key roles within the event industry consistently delivering events that balance creativity with practicality. His experience includes event strategy development, program design, venue operations, budget management, speaker coordination, team leadership, and client advisory work across both public and private sectors.
Recognised for his ability to bring clarity to complex projects, Jim thrives in fast-paced environments where communication, collaboration, and adaptability are critical. He is passionate about building strong working relationships, sharing knowledge, and fostering a supportive culture within event teams & organisations.

With more than 16 years of experience in the events industry, Kerrie has built her career on a foundation of clarity, accountability, and empowering organisations to operate with confidence.
Kerrie’s background combines sharp commercial insight with hands-on financial and governance leadership, enabling her to deliver both strategic vision and practical financial support across all facets of event and organisational operations.
Kerrie’s expertise spans the full spectrum of financial management — from end-to-end accounting and project financial oversight to compliance and the design of robust financial systems that uphold transparency and governance. Kerrie excels at preparing detailed profit & loss statements, balance sheets, consolidated accounts, and management reports, offering stakeholders clear, dependable data for informed decision-making.
Throughout her career, Kerrie has managed multiple accounting ledgers for both domestic and international entities, working closely with event teams to establish accurate budgets, ensure ongoing monitoring, and execution of precise reconciliations. From initial cost planning through to final event reporting, she enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, committee members, and staff to turn complex financial data into meaningful, actionable insight. She is committed to sharing her knowledge, streamlining processes, and supporting teams beyond just the numbers.
